If you are contacting sales or marketing solutions, etc. *maybe* they have better support there. But for technical problems.. I have never had a member of the Help Center team actually look into my problem.
This is for those looking for a better alternative.
The problem with ordinary Linkedin customer care?
Since this solution can actually solve your problems, I’ve found it to be a better alternative for conventional Linkedin support which just doesn’t seem to ‘care’. Instead it aims to ‘optimize’ support by not giving out personalized customer care to anyone except big customers.

It’s interesting that when it comes to big companies, often nowadays people outside a company may be more helpful. There are people who know and are more passionate about Linkedin than those working for them.
Well, I guess that doesn’t come as a surprise to many of us who are getting fed up with how some of the big corporations operate.

It’s worth noting that some have had luck with the Help Center with basic questions, or a brief reply from @LinkedInHelp at Twitter.
